My Professional Background
I spent over 25 years working in international HR, partnering with senior leaders in complex, high-pressure environments.
I saw how capable people operate when expectations are high and how often execution breaks down, even when the intent is there.
Not because of a lack of ability, but because the way they were expected to work didn’t match how they actually function.
That perspective shapes how I work today.
I am an ADHD coach trained by ADDCA (ICF-accredited), a globally recognized ADHD coach training program.
My Story
I built a successful international career in HR, working in complex and demanding environments.
At the same time, I often felt that things required more effort than they should.
I knew my strengths, curiosity, creativity, big-picture thinking. But I wasn’t using them in a way that translated into consistent execution.
The turning point came when my coach asked: “Have you ever considered that you might have ADHD?”
That question shifted how I understood myself.
Once I started working with how I actually function, things became clearer, simpler, and more effective.
The result was a greater sense of clarity, consistency, and control.
Today, I help high-achieving individuals do the same, build ways of working that actually hold, so they can follow through more reliably and with less friction.
